sketch of writer. So, that’s why it is important that we write our email in
proper way. Reader can observe about our communication skill or about our intelligence
by reading our e-mail. So, to make a good image in the front of email receiver
or reader it is important that we are sending him good e-mail.
2. Salesperson target there customers by sending
e-mails to him about their promotions and discounts. So, it is important for them
to follow good e-mail instructions to attract their customers and to make them
open their e-mail. For example: if e-mail is announcing about sale then
salesperson always put discount 50% on clothes etc. as subject line.
3. In business field, it is important that our
e-mail have proper subject line and important information because no any
business worker has much time to read all the e-mails. So, in business good e-mail
is beneficially to share information.
Drawbacks of bad e-mail
1. Bad e-mail can result in bad image of us in our
society or friends because one can understand about our thoughts and our way of
communicating by reading our e-mail.
2. Bad e-mail can also result in unread or no
answer by our friends or co-workers.
