Bad e-mail

Bad email is a very serious thing because it can make your bad image in the front of receiver or reader. Bad e-mail has following types of error:

1. Use of emotions: Do not think that using emotion give a chance to be clever and charming. A symbol cannot take the place of hundreds of different types of tones and gestures that are normally use to communicate.
2. Subject line: If you are not writing subject line or not writing it in an accurate way then your e-mail will consider as bad e-mail. As in today’s hectic life no body have much time to open every e-mail and read it. So, if you do not write subject line then may be receiver or reader not open your e-mail.
3. Unimportant words: If you write an essay in your e-mail and not talking about only purpose of e-mail then you are making it difficult for reader to know about the purpose of e-mail. Moreover, if you attach an attachment with your e-mail and also writing the information which is present in attachment in e-mail then it is bad e-mail.
4. Early response: If you want early reply for your e-mail like in 2 or 3 days then it is not wise to send an e-mail because may be receiver not check his e-mail in that much time. So, if you call him and discuss about matter then it is good than sending e-mail.
5. Flame mail: Using of e-mail to say anyone those words that you cannot say on someone’s face then it is bad e-mail habit.
